Job summary

Marsden Services is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to join our property portfolio in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area.

This full-time role involves heavy preventive maintenance, repairs, and collaborations with vendors to uphold safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates have a 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience, 4 years in multi-family or commercial maintenance, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four years of multi-family or commercial building maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate computer skills: email, time entry, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance to meet standards and laws.
• Schedule, prioritize and complete work orders within 48 hours.
• Handle basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry tasks and inspect/maintain buildings and equipment.
• Collaborate with vendor teams on maintenance projects and manage tools/inventory.
