Job summary

Marsden Services, L.L.C. is seeking a Part Time Maintenance Technician for St. Cloud, MN. This role covers 16 hours per week with shifts from 10am to 2pm, Monday through Thursday, at a multi-family/commercial property.

Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $32.00 per hour, with on-call emergency maintenance responsibilities and opportunities to train and mentor other technicians. A high school diploma plus technical or maintenance experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
• 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four years multi-family or commercial building maintenance experience.
• Intermediate computer skills (email, time entry, MS Excel).
• All boilers license levels accepted and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance to meet standards and laws.
• Schedule and prioritize work orders; ensure completion within 48 hours.
• Complete basic repairs in HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing and windows.
• Assist in prioritizing work orders and monitoring maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Attend relevant training and ensure certifications are current.
• Maintain safety practices and professional conduct with residents and vendors.
