Marsden Services is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician Level II or III to support our Minneapolis site. This 25-hour-per-week, on-site role entails performing preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and timely work-order completion.

Candidates should have a technical background, strong safety awareness, and reliable transportation. The position emphasizes collaboration with vendors, training of new technicians, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a 2-year technical degree or related experience.
• Experience in multi-family or commercial building maintenance is preferred.
• Basic computer skills for emailing and data entry in Office products.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance tasks including installation, troubleshooting, and preventive work to meet standards and laws.
• Schedule and complete work orders within 48 hours and manage priorities.
• Assist with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and fixture repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors, maintain inventory of tools and supplies, and mentor new technicians.
• Provide on-call emergency maintenance support and ensure safety procedures are followed.
