Job summary

Marsden Services, L.L.C. in the Twin Cities area is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician Level II or III for evening part-time shifts. You will perform maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and preventative tasks to uphold quality standards and safety.

The role requires lifting up to 80 lbs with assistance, high school completion or 2-year technical degree, and strong communication. You will also train others and support on-call emergency maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 80 lbs with assistance.
• Must provide own hand tools listed in the job posting.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance to ensure property and grounds meet standards and laws.
• Schedule, prioritize, and ensure timely completion of work orders (within 48 hours).
• Complete basic repairs in HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and related areas.
• Collaborate with vendor teams on maintenance projects and training of new technicians.
• Prepare vacant units and maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
