Job summary

Marsden Services, L.L.C. is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician Level III to join our Minneapolis/St. Paul portfolio.

The role includes evening shifts (4:00 pm to 12:30 am, Monday–Friday), a full-time schedule, and a company vehicle to service multiple properties in the Twin Cities area. Ideal candidates hold a 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience, with four years in multi-family or commercial maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
• 2-year Technical Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four years multi-family or commercial building maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate computer skills including email, time entry, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to equipment and facilities.
• Prioritize and complete work orders within 48 hours.
• Assist with HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and fixture tasks as needed.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies and ensure a safe work environment.
