Job summary

Marsden Services, L.L.C. is seeking an Evening Part Time Maintenance Technician for the Twin Cities area. This role focuses on performing essential property maintenance tasks and coordinating with vendor teams to keep facilities compliant and running smoothly.

You will handle light HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing and window repairs, respond to work orders within 48 hours, and support on-call emergencies while maintaining a professional relationship with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• Must provide own hand tools and be able to operate basic workshop equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance to meet standards and laws.
• Schedule, prioritize and complete work orders within 48 hours.
• Carry out basic HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, fixtures and window repairs.
• Assist in prioritizing work orders and monitor maintenance of buildings/equipment.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies and keep workshop organized.
• Provide on-call emergency maintenance as scheduled.
