Job summary

You will oversee inventory, wiring, and assembly of ATS products, MODs, CDs, and annunciators, while ensuring safety and meeting delivery commitments.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing with 2+ years in people management, plus a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Occasional collaboration with engineering and procurement is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing with 2+ years in people management.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/industrial/manufacturing engineering, business or operations management (or equivalent).
• Ability to read engineering wiring and mechanical schematics.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Panel Wiring, Aftermarket, and Assembly teams reporting to the Focus Factory Manager.
• Ensure safety priority on the production floor and drive quality improvements.
• Adhere to production schedules to meet deadlines and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with purchasing, planning, and warehouse for material availability.
• Work with Engineering to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead on-the-job training and manage performance and attendance.
