Qualifications

• Experience with medium-volume electro-mechanical assembly.
• Strong English reading/writing; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe manufacturing techniques and tools are used.
• Train associates to perform roles safely and adhere to policies.
• Lead Lean manufacturing strategies to reduce costs, inventory, and lead-times while improving quality.
• Establish and enforce procedures to eliminate waste and sustain Lean initiatives.
• Champion 6S implementation and associate participation.
• Collaborate with Quality to ensure training records.
• Perform capacity planning to meet production schedules.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance management for assembly and test staffing.
• Use ERP for material analyses, planning, and work orders.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers as needed.
