Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking an Assembly/Production Supervisor to lead one or more production teams. You will ensure timely completion of manufacturing tasks, assign daily duties, monitor progress, and work with management to improve processes.

The role requires good English communication, ability to read drawings/specifications, and prior supervision in an ISO 9001 environment. On-site in Houston, diverse benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year as shop supervisor or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to read industrial drawings and specifications.
• Experience in an ISO 9001 certified environment.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.
• Able to pass physical, drug, driving and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to meet production targets and organize workflow.
• Communicate job expectations and monitor progress; coach and discipline when needed.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor employees.
• Schedule and assign personnel; prioritize and track production across shifts.
• Maintain production standards and quality by enforcing procedures.
• Monitor equipment, coordinate repairs, and evaluate new methods.
• Analyze production data and implement cost-reduction opportunities.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with union representatives per collective bargaining agreement.
