Qualifications

• 2+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.

• Skilled in routine electro-mechanical assembly operations.
• Ability to operate hand tools and light machinery.
• Read and interpret safety rules and instructions.
• Strong manual dexterity with small parts.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly per instructions.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Record production time and quantities per procedures.
• Maintain work area following company guidelines.
• Perform basic welding, brazing, or soldering tasks and operate light machinery.
• Follow safety policies and participate in required events.
• Maintain punctual attendance and support additional hours as needed.
