Job summary

Accelera is hiring for a Production Assembler 2 to support our evening production operations in an onsite setting. You will perform mechanical and electromechanical assembly, adhering to established procedures and ensuring quality outputs.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, proper documentation, and teamwork to meet throughput goals. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a second shift and possible overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of directly related professional experience.
• Background in electromechanical assembly.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in executing standard mechanical and electromechanical assembly procedures.
• Capability to operate hand tools and light equipment.
• Ability to read and apply manufacturing instructions, safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Strong manual dexterity to assemble small parts.
• Clear verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute standard mechanical and electromechanical assembly tasks per company procedures.
• Verify your own work and teammates' output against design specifications.
• Document time and output data according to process requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and participate in mandatory team activities.
• Use light machinery such as presses or sandblasting tools; perform basic soldering, brazing, or welding duties.
• Adhere to all safety protocols to keep a safe work environment.
• Attend to overtime, weekends, or varying shifts as required by the business.
