Job summary

Donatech Corporation is seeking an Electrical Assembly II (Electro-Mechanical Assembler) to repair, fabricate, and modify electrical and mechanical assemblies per engineering docs and work instructions. This role supports depot production on the 2nd shift and requires on-site work in California.

The candidate will read detailed wiring diagrams and schematics, perform hand-soldering, document data in internal systems, and ensure quality and safety standards are met as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; 1 year of relevant experience required.
• Minimum 1 year in assembly/manufacturing.
• 1 year of production hand-soldering experience.
• Experience with electromechanical drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow detailed work instructions, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Perform production hand-soldering to spec.
• Enter production data using internal systems (training provided).
• Assemble and secure electrical and mechanical components with hand tools.
• Inspect for quality and conformance to specifications.
