Providence College seeks a part‑time Evening Proctor to support Accessibility Services by providing an accessible, distraction‑reduced testing environment for students with academic accommodations. Responsibilities include supervising exams, coordinating testing equipment, and communicating with faculty during exams.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, comfort with data tools (especially Excel), and strong communication skills to interact with faculty, students, parents, and staff.

The position of evening proctor schedule will be approximately 14 hours per week, depending on availability and scheduling needs. Work is not required during winter, spring, or summer school breaks. During the College’s final exam week each semester, work hours will shift to align with the last exam being proctored each day. Work hours are Monday – Thursday, 4:30 pm – 8:00 pm during the fall and spring semester.
