Job summary

Daybreak Foods, Inc. is seeking a Processing Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a liquid and shell egg processing facility. You will ensure machinery calibration, train staff on SOPs, and move personnel to optimize grading and breaking operations.

Responsibilities include supervising line personnel, conducting performance appraisals, enforcing safety, and supporting audits and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage English and Spanish speaking employees; fluency in Spanish preferred.
• Experience providing documented training to employees.
• Strong organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of processing line employees during shifts.
• Train, schedule and assess performance including appraisals and disciplinary action.
• Conduct pre and post operational inspections.
• Interpret company policies to plant personnel and enforce safety regulations.
• Supervise liquid inventory and ensure proper rotation; assist with audits and documentation.
• Work with Quality dept to ensure product safety and GMP compliance.
• Supervise cleaning, sanitizing and assembly of processing equipment daily.
• Oversee tanker loading, shipping and dock activities.
• Contribute to special projects as requested.
