Job summary

Daybreak Foods, Inc. seeks a seasoned operations leader to plan, organize, and manage liquid egg processing. You will supervise supervisors, ensure equipment calibration, and drive safe, efficient production in collaboration with FSQ and maintenance teams.

The role requires coordinating activities across processing, sanitation, and safety programs, while mentoring staff and ensuring adherence to SOPs and GMPs. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Ability to manage English and Spanish‑speaking employees.
• Experience in a liquid egg processing or food manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of liquid egg and grading operations.
• Coordinate processing, food safety, sanitation, and maintenance activities.
• Improve processing methods and equipment performance.
• Supervise processing and maintenance supervisors/technicians.
• Collaborate with production to optimize egg flow and SQF compliance.
• Ensure adherence to GMPs, SSOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop work schedules to maximize productive time and minimize overtime.
• Lead preventive maintenance to increase yield and reduce downtime.
• Support audits and maintain audit-ready documentation.
