Responsibilities

• Ensure sanitation: CIP, cleaning, and GMP adherence.
• Maintain documentation and USDA/FSIS paperwork.
• Coordinate with transfer room and inspector, communicate with stakeholders.
• Coach and delegate duties; monitor performance and adjust to meet specs.
• Lead safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Handle scheduling changes and train staff.
