Job summary

Daybreak Foods, Inc. is hiring a Processing Line Worker for our egg processing facility. Under the supervision of the Processing Supervisor, you will perform multiple tasks to ensure the highest quality product.

Responsibilities include food safety and quality duties, egg washing and breaking steps, and maintaining clean, compliant work areas. This role requires adherence to GMPs and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food Manufacturing or Processing desirable.
• Safety programs and processes, such as Confined Space, LOTO, Hazcom, etc.
• Equipment operation experience

Responsibilities

• Follow HACCP, SQF, cGMP and regulatory protocols to ensure safety and quality.
• Grade, transfer, and handle eggs through washing, breaking and shell rooms as SOP dictates.
• Maintain hygiene standards and clean equipment and work areas regularly.
• Assist with breaks and cleanup; perform cleanup duties after production.
• Monitor chemical checks and foam control in washers and rework eggs as needed.
