Job summary

Key duties include maintaining HACCP, SQF and cGMP compliance, operating equipment, grading eggs, and ensuring cleanliness. The role requires adherence to GMPs, safety policies and USDA standards during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or processing.
• Familiarity with HACCP, SQF, and cGMPs.
• Equipment operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform HACCP, SQF, and cGMP compliance across tasks.
• Maintain product quality and prevent contamination.
• Grade and route eggs through washer, transfer, and breaking stages.
• Keep work areas clean and follow SOPs.
• Assist during breaks and cleanup; meet USDA standards.
• Monitor washer chemistry and control foam.
