Job summary

Daybreak Foods, Inc. is seeking a Processing Line Worker to support a high-quality egg processing line. Under supervision, you will perform duties to maintain product safety and efficient line flow, including egg grading and belt transfers.

The role emphasizes compliance with HACCP, SQF, and cGMPs, with responsibilities for equipment operation, cleanliness, and timely break/cleanup tasks to meet USDA standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or processing desirable.
• Familiar with safety programs and processes (e.g., confined space, LOTO, HazCom).
• Experience operating equipment in a processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow HACCP, SQF, cGMPs and regulatory protocols to ensure food safety and quality.
• Ensure products and materials are handled and stored to prevent contamination or damage.
• Grade and align eggs entering the washer section; ensure smooth transfer along the belt system.
• Maintain cleanliness; assist with breaks and cleanup as needed.
• Perform washer and breaking-related duties per SOP and USDA hygiene requirements.
