Central States Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Process Owner - Evenings to lead the assigned operations area in Springdale, AR. The role focuses on safety, quality, and on-time performance while driving continuous improvement and developing team capabilities.

You will supervise and mentor a team, run daily huddles, manage resources, and partner with site leadership to meet production goals in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of experience in fabrication leadership.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams and understanding of shop floor operations.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and on-time performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of assigned areas and supervise employees.
• Maintain safety, quality, throughput, and on-time performance.
• Lead daily huddles and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach team members and develop future leaders.
• Monitor KPI performance and take corrective actions as needed.
• Manage OT and staffing to balance workload and costs.
