Job summary

The Kinetic Group is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly staff in a high‑volume manufacturing area focused on safety, quality, and on‑time schedules. You will report to the Sr Manager Factory Operations and join a team dedicated to continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree, have 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, and are proficient with MS Dynamics and time/attendance systems. Expect a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits in Lonoke, AR.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a machine-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership to hourly employees in assigned area to meet safety, quality, and production schedules.
• Maintain accurate employee time and attendance records.
• Promote a team-oriented environment with open two-way communication and continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement safety, quality, productivity and cost improvements.
• Coordinate with support groups to ensure smooth operation and equipment readiness.
