Job summary

The Kinetic Group in Lonoke, Arkansas seeks a Production Supervisor to lead hourly staff and ensure safety, quality and on-time production. You will manage daily activities, enforce procedures, and coordinate with maintenance, planning and quality to meet schedules.

You will drive continuous improvement, monitor performance, and coach teams to build skills while maintaining a safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (Business or Industrial Management preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Understanding of safety, inventory control, and quality control methods.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and an automated time and attendance system preferred.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in a team environment and coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership in assigned area to meet safety, quality and production schedules.
• Promote a team-oriented environment with open two-way communication.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and productivity.
• Analyze production performance and implement corrective actions.
• Define training requirements and develop employees’ skills.
• Coordinate with maintenance, planning, quality, and purchasing for daily operations.
