Central States Manufacturing in Springdale, AR, is seeking a Robotic Welder Operator to set up, operate, and maintain robotic welding systems. You will design/program welds, troubleshoot, and ensure on-time production while delivering quality customer parts.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork within a strong ESOP-driven culture that rewards ownership and continuous improvement. Applicants should be capable of reading drawings and using precision measuring tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2 years welding experience.
• Must pass AWS D1.1 qualification test for unlimited thickness 2G position.
• Certified Robotic Arc Welder Operator.
• Crane and forklift certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain robotic welding equipment.
• Design/program weld robots and implement robotic welding for production.
• Interpret fabrication drawings and specifications for layout and welding.
• Inspect welds visually and dimensionally to meet specs.
• Maintain records and assist with process improvements.
• Cross-train and support other production tasks as needed.
