Central States Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Senior Operator to lead advanced manufacturing operations, train staff, and ensure on-time, high-quality production. You will work with panel lines, purlin/door equipment, and related machinery, adhering to safety and QC standards while supporting continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and hands-on leadership in a dynamic plant environment with opportunities to mentor others and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience operating production equipment.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and measurement tools.
• Experience with hoists, cranes, forklifts or similar equipment.
• Demonstrated lead or trainer-level capabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced operation and setup of production equipment and provide guidance to Operators.
• Plan, schedule, and track team activities to meet on-time production targets.
• Train, mentor, and certify new hires and technicians on equipment and procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate to maintenance when needed.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized workspaces and ensure QC standards are met.
