Job summary

DBG Arkansas, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Conway, AR fabrication team. The role requires evening hours, Monday to Friday, 3:30pm to midnight, with overtime as needed to meet production goals.

The facility handles metal stamping, forming, painting, welding and assembly, with several presses and lasers involved. Responsibilities include overseeing fabrication operations, promoting a safe workplace, ensuring timely, quality output, and coaching Associates daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication operations incl. metal forming, stamping, bending, and laser cutting is preferred.
• Experience with evaluating, designing, developing and proving-in production processes.
• Strong coaching, training, communication, administrative, time management and delegation skills.
• Exposure to IATF 16949 & ISO 9001-2015 is a plus.
• Computer proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Primarily overseeing the fabrication operations.
• Promote, maintain and encourage a safe work environment and good housekeeping by example and in accordance with Health & Safety policies.
• Ensure the manufacturing of quality products, delivered on time internally and to customers.
• Coach and provide direction to Associates in day-to-day operations and foster teamwork.
