Qualifications

• 5–7 years of supervisory experience in metal fabrication.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication operations including stamping, bending, and laser cutting.
• Experience evaluating, designing, developing, and proving production processes.
• Strong coaching, training, communication, administrative, and time-management skills.
• Exposure to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001-2015 is a plus.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office; SAP is an asset.
