Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience within a manufacturing setting.
• Three years’ experience in food manufacturing or poultry industry preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience including timekeeping, policy adherence and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage production line/department by establishing procedures and adjusting to meet production schedules and budgets.
• Deploy and rotate personnel to optimize efficiency and ergonomics.
• Ensure daily reporting is accurately completed (attendance, yields, etc.).
• Partner with Quality Assurance to maintain a food-safe and sanitary environment per USDA requirements.
• Mentor, coach and train employees and enforce performance improvement plans.
