Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year cook experience in high volume hotel.
• Ability to exert 10 pounds or more of force frequently.
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies.
• Prepare and expedite all menu items accurately.
• Communicate food quality or safety issues to Executive Chef.
• Follow proper personal hygiene procedures.
• Maintain a positive team player attitude.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
