Job summary

The Chicago Marriott O’Hare is seeking a Line Cook to join our hotel culinary team. You will follow approved recipes, maintain quality, and work with the Executive Chef to ensure timely, safe, and accurate meal preparation for guests in a high-volume hotel environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of line cook experience in a busy hotel, the ability to lift 10 pounds or more, and a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Ability to lift 10 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Follow and ensure compliance with food safety & food handling policies/procedures.

Overview

The Line Cook will be responsible for following the cooking guidelines, while supporting the department and hotel needs to achieve the overall success of the operations.
