Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience required.
• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and push food carts.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing for dietary needs.
• Assemble meals according to patient selections and deliver/pick up trays on schedule.
• Follow HACCP and HIPAA guidelines and maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Support dietitians and communicate issues to the appropriate staff.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
