Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) for the North Knoxville Medical Center in Powell, TN. We offer full-time and part-time positions with shifts from 6:00 am to 6:30 pm, rotating weekends.

You will assist patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and coordinate with nursing and culinary teams to meet dietary requirements while upholding safety standards. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and ensure order accuracy with dietary requirements.
• Assemble and deliver meals according to each patient’s selections and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and maintain facility sanitation; comply with HIPAA and patient rights policies.
• Collaborate with nursing and culinary teams to offer suitable menu alternatives and monitor patient needs.
