Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and coordinate with nursing to meet dietary restrictions.
• Assemble meals according to menu selections and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Comply with HACCP guidelines and health/sanitation regulations.
• Support dietitians and monitor patients on special diets as needed.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports per Morrison Healthcare policies.
• Communicate issues to appropriate staff in a timely manner.
