Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Newton-Wellesley Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Associate (PCA) who, under the direction of a registered nurse, assists in clinical support functions to promote a safe, compassionate patient care environment.

This full-time, onsite position offers 3:00pm-11:30pm evenings, every other weekend and holiday, at 2014 Washington Street, with a base pay range of $20.58–$25.28 per hour and comprehensive benefits. Scheduled weekly hours total 40.

Qualifications

• Certification as a CNA, PCT, MA, EMT or commensurate experience required, unless incumbent is currently enrolled in, and successfully completes, the NWH Patient Care Associate Training Program, or is a nursing student who has completed her/his fundamentals of nursing with a clinical component (clinical rotation or simulation lab).
