Mass General Brigham is seeking a Patient Care Associate (PCA) for a 32-hour night shift at Newton-Wellesley Hospital, onsite at 2014 Washington Street. The PCA works under an RN, assisting with clinical support to promote safe, compassionate patient care.

Certification as CNA/PCT/MA/EMT or equivalent experience is required unless enrolled in the NWH PCA Training Program or a nursing program. The role includes two 12‑hour shifts and one 11‑hour shift, with every other weekend and holiday.

Qualifications

• Certification as a CNA, PCT, MA, EMT or commensurate experience required, unless incumbent is currently enrolled in, and successfully completes, the NWH Patient Care Associate Training Program.
• Nursing students hired as PCAs are preferred if enrolled in BSN programs or direct-entry MSN programs.
