Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking a Patient Care Associate (PCA) for the 36‑hour night shift at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. You will work under the direction of a registered nurse to support clinical tasks and promote a safe, compassionate patient care environment.

Certification as CNA, PCT, MA, or EMT is required unless enrolled in the NWH PCA program; nursing students in BSN or direct-entry MSN programs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certification as CNA, PCT, MA, or EMT required unless enrolled in NWH PCA program.
• Nursing students in BSN or direct-entry MSN programs preferred.
• Night shift: 36 hours weekly with weekends/holidays rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in clinical support functions to promote safe patient care under RN supervision.
• Support interdisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, high-quality care.
• Onsite role at Newton-Wellesley Hospital.
