Mass General Brigham's Newton-Wellesley Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Associate (PCA) to support an interdisciplinary team under the supervision of an RN. You will assist in clinical support functions to promote a safe, compassionate patient care environment.

Ideal candidates hold a CNA, PCT, MA, or EMT certification or are enrolled in the NWH PCA Training Program or a nursing program with clinical components; on-site night shifts are available in Newton, MA.

Qualifications

• Certification as CNA/PCT/MA/EMT or commensurate experience required.
• Currently enrolled in NWH PCA Training Program or nursing student with clinical component welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in clinical support functions to promote a safe, compassionate patient care environment.
• Work under the direction of a registered nurse as part of an interdisciplinary team.
