Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Newton-Wellesley Hospital is hiring a Patient Care Associate (PCA) for 32 hours weekly on the night shift. Under the direction of a registered nurse, PCAs assist in clinical support tasks to promote safe, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting.

Certification as a CNA, PCT, MA, EMT, or equivalent experience is required, or enrollment in the NWH PCA Training Program.

Qualifications

• Certification as CNA, PCT, MA, EMT or commensurate experience.
• Nursing students enrolled in BSN programs or direct-entry Masters’ programs preferred.
