Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients with AIDET standards and collect demographic and insurance information.
• Identify insurance coverage, benefits, and patient financial responsibilities during pre-registration and registration.
• Verify coverage electronically and communicate results to patients; resolve eligibility/in-network issues.
• Pre-registers and registers patients for all units; prepare necessary documents and records.
• Ensure compliance with policies, HIPAA, and timely data entry in ADT systems.
