Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• 3 years in ED or hospital patient access/customer service.
• Experience with patient registration, insurance verification, and MSQP questionnaire.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and families to ensure a positive experience.
• Collect demographic and insurance information accurately.
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits; collect out-of-pocket liabilities.
• Enter orders and confirm medical necessity for outpatient visits; gather MSPQ details.
