Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect complete demographic and insurance data.
• Verify insurance and determine patient liability.
• Enter orders and confirm medical necessity for outpatient visits.
• Assist with MSPQ questionnaire for Medicare patients.
• Use payer portals to verify coverage and benefits.
• Maintain compliance with departmental and institutional policies.
