Responsibilities

• Check in patients for appointments and verify demographics.
• Read and interpret insurance responses; assign primary, secondary, and tertiary insurance per encounter.
• Communicate financial obligations to patients and collect fees at time of service as appropriate.
• Complete regulatory forms with patients and ensure privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Schedule follow up appointments and coordinate referrals or ancillary services as needed.
