Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-registration tasks for inpatients/outpatients before service date.
• Collect demographic, financial, and clinical information for financial clearance.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; obtain authorizations as needed.
• Explain signature requirements to patients and representatives clearly.
• Post payments accurately and communicate payment policies to patients.
