Responsibilities

• Verify insurance and benefits; collect demographic and financial information.
• Assist with pre-service collections and financial clearance.
• Explain payment responsibilities and collect payments per policy.
• Post payments accurately in registration system and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional patient interactions.
