Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Proficient data-entry skills with attention to detail.
• Customer service skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and enter patient demographic and insurance information.
• Verify insurance coverage and pre-authorizations as needed.
• Schedule Radiology, Lab and other services; arrange appointments.
• Collect patient liabilities and payments prior to or at service.
• Maintain accurate and timely records and correspondence.
