Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA, part of the Children’s Specialized Hospital Autism Center of Excellence in Clark, NJ, is hiring a Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, supporting communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We offer paid training, exam cost coverage for the RBT credential, weekly supervision, and opportunities for advancement within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work with children and families in home/clinic settings.
• Willingness to learn and grow in RBT role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based settings.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and data tracking.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings with BCBA and team.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed.
