Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will deliver individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, both in-clinic and in-home, and help build communication, social and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred, but not required; paid training provided.
• Experience with children/ ASD strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct data collection and preference assessments.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, feeding).
