Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey is hiring a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home or clinic-based ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You’ll work under a BCBA and collaborate with a care team to help kids build communication, social, and daily living skills.

If not certified yet, paid training is provided, including coverage of the RBT exam. Expect flexible scheduling, bilingual pay, and opportunities for advancement within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation (Travel up to 30 miles)
• RBT certification preferred, but not required — if you're positive, motivated, and eager to learn, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
• Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs., moving with children)

Responsabilités

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed
