Children's Specialized ABA in Marlton, NJ is hiring a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide personalized ABA therapy to children with ASD, in-home or clinic-based, under supervision by a BCBA. You may start with paid training and exam cost coverage if not yet certified.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with children or ASD preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home or clinic-based ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and data tracking.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (toileting, eating) as needed.
