Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey seeks a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in-home or clinic-based settings. You’ll work with a BCBA and team to deliver high‑quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation (travel up to 30 miles)
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required — training provided
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
• Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs.)

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home or clinic-based therapy sessions
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Use CentralReach to conduct assessments and track data
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed
