Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey is hiring a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in-home or clinic-based. You’ll work with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative care team to implement individualized behavior plans and track progress.

We provide paid training and cover the cost of your RBT exam to help you launch your career.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred, but not required—training provided.
• Prior experience with children, ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use data collection tools to track progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, eating)
